Terms of service :3

By commissioning me you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms of Service:

  • The customer understands that they are paying for digital art and will receive a PNG file through Google Drive (Or Discord/Twitter).

  • I reserve the right to deny/cancel any commission (and refund it if needed) if I'm not comfortable drawing it or it's not doable for me.

  • You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes (unless asked to).

  • Payment is done upfront through paypal invoice or Ko-fi (not set up yet).

  1. I'll need an email I can send the invoice to!

  • Please provide all details before payment!! (Pose, theme, expressions, references and stuff)

  1. The character(s) that you have provided should be your own or you should have permission to use them.

  2. Please provide accurate ref sheets of your characters.

  3. You can ask for artistic freedom (or I can choose it if not provided with proper details).

  4. I will not completely start over if you request it unless it's a mistake on my side. Please, be sure to provide me all details beforehand!

  • The customer has the ability to ask for WIPs and minor revisions during the drawing process.

  • I retain full rights to the commissioned art, meaning that I can use it to post it on media, using it as a sample, etc.

  1. If I'm being honest, I'm don't really like doing private commissions, but you can let me know if you want it to be anonymous!

  • You may not remove my signature and/or watermark.

  • I will not tag you directly, I will put a backslash in front of it (eg @\artxol_) to avoid engagement collapsing(?.

  • Please credit me if you repost my drawings!! Either with a direct link or my user handle

  • Estimated turnaround time: 7-20 days.
         I ask you patience, please, I am still new to this and I also have to attend my classes and do things like homework and projects, most of the time when I'm not drawing I'm busy with school stuff (or resting, as I find it really important for my mental health :3).
