Terms Of Service :3

By commissioning me you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms of Service:

  • The customer understands that they are paying for digital art and will receive a PNG file through Google Drive (for a high quality copy).

  • I reserve the right to deny/cancel any commission (and refund it if needed) if I'm not comfortable drawing it or if it's too difficult for me.

  • You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes (unless asked to, which will have a price increase).

  • Payment is done upfront through paypal invoice.

  1. I'll need an email I can send the invoice to!

  • Please provide all details before payment!! (Pose, theme, expressions, references and stuff)

  1. The character(s) that you have provided should be your own or you should have permission to use them.

  2. Please provide accurate references of your characters.

  3. You can ask for artistic freedom! (I reserve the right to choose it if not provided with proper details).

  4. I will not completely start over if you request it unless it's a mistake on my side. Please, be sure to provide me all details or changes beforehand!

  • The customer has the ability to ask for WIPs and minor revisions during the drawing process.

  • I retain full rights to the commissioned art, meaning that I can use it to post it on media, using it as a sample, etc.

  1. If I'm being honest, I'm don't really like doing private commissions, but you can let me know if you want it private with a price increase, or you can ask me to upload it as anonymous!

  2. If chosen to, I will tag you in a reply to the commission post.

  • You may not remove my signature and/or watermark.

  • Please credit me if you repost my drawings!! Either with a direct link or by writing my user handle in the caption.

  • Estimated turnaround time: 7-30 days.
I ask you patience, please, I am still a bit new to this and I also have to attend my classes, do things like homework, projects, and attend my own private life. (Or resting, as I find it really important for my mental health <3).
